Bahrain-based Gulf Air has announced plans to increase its direct service to Sialkot in Pakistan from two to four weekly flights.

Catering to over 3.5 million Pakistani nationals residing in the Gulf region, Gulf Air has provided direct air services between Pakistan and Bahrain since 1960.
Last year, the airline introduced direct services to the cities of Multan and Faisalabad, taking its total Pakistan destinations up to seven cities – Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Sialkot, Multan and Faisalabad.
Ahmed Janahi, Gulf Air chief commercial officer, said: “We are always looking to satisfy the high demand to and from Pakistan and cater to passenger needs across the Gulf Air network.
“Gulf Air’s increased Sialkot frequency will enhance the existing service to one of our seven destinations in Pakistan.”
