An unidentified Iranian who arrived at the Kuwait International Airport from Bahrain was sent back to Manama on the next available flight because he was denied entry visa upon orders of the higher security authorities, reports Al-Rai daily.

A security source told the daily “the Iranian, who holds a Canadian passport, arrived in the country from Bahrain, and as soon as he landed at Kuwait International Airport, and began completing entry procedures he was denied entry on the recommendation of high security authorities.”

According to the same source, “The Iranian told the security officers that he had already entered Kuwait before and that there were no obstacles that prevented him from entering.”

However, he was ‘detained’ at the airport and put on the next available flight to the Kingdom of Bahrain, in accordance with the orders of those who issued instructions.
