The exciting kid-sized metropolis entertained visitors with loads of fun activities from arts and crafts,
journalist activity sponsored by Al Anba and a science lab activity sponsored by KFAS, to a flight simulation experience sponsored by Qatar Airways.
Children also met with their favorite RightZKeepers and took part in a firefighting-themed activity to teach them about fire safety and what to do in case of a fire emergency.
KidZania offered endless fun, combined with education and ensured that every child left happy with a goodie bag on departure.
Fernando Medroa, Vice President of Leisure and Entertainment at Alshaya Group said:
“We are very pleased by the great turn-out at the event and our booth, the kids had a truly enriching opportunity in an outdoor setting. The appeal of role play is universal among kids, as a CSR driven brand, it is important to bring KidZania to the external community to deliver our message. Through the safe, stimulating, and facilitated play environment that KidZania Kuwait provides, we empower kids as we ignite their imaginations, allow them to learn through personal experience, and make learning more fun be it indoors or outdoors.”
KidZania’s management team extended a heartfelt thank you to all representatives at the Kuwait Aviation Show 2020, as kids had the opportunity to play, learn and to interact with new friends in an exciting outdoor atmosphere.
Much more than a children’s museum or family entertainment center, KidZania takes interactive entertainment and learning to an entirely new level by combining role-playing with real life. KidZania creates a children-centric city experience designed to educate and inspire 4 to 14-year old – from arriving at the airport, to visiting a city center to exploring the city streets. We replicate the real world in a safe and self-contained over 7,000 square meter children-sized city. As in the real world, children choose activities – such as being a police officer, doctor, journalist or a shopkeeper – and earn money which they can then spend or save. KidZania operates just like a real city complete with buildings, paved streets, vehicles, a functioning economy and recognizable destinations in the form of “establishments” sponsored and branded by leading multi-national and local brands. The facilities are designed to educate through experience, fostering the development of life skills, but from a children perspective – it’s all about fun.
