Kuwait did not request American or British forces for protection, stating that the forces are already present and there is no need to increase them, in addition Kuwaiti army’s is prepared for any emergency reports AlQabas.

The sources said that there is no Kuwaiti mediation between Iran and America, indicating that mediation at the present time will not contribute to containing the escalation. Sources said that there is fear of escalation which will lead to catastrophic results and efforts must be made to calm down the situation.

Sources from inside Iran said that the decision to retaliate was ready, and that it would be via ballistic missiles, drones, the use of speed boats and other guerrilla operations.

Currently now coordination at high levels between the Iranian military leadership, Hezbollah in Lebanon, the Houthi group in Yemen, and the parties and militias near Tehran in Iraq will respond to American military targets, and that before implementing its response, Tehran is studying its military and political calculations and the expected American response.

“The Iranian authorities are currently mobilizing forces, so that the people are ready and support not only for the Iranian response, but for the overall military confrontation that may follow.”

The former commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, Mohsen Rezaei, said that Tehran’s response to Soleimani’s killing would include Haifa and Israeli military centers if Washington responded to the first strike.

Meanwhile, Hezbollah Secretary General Hassan Nasrallah vowed yesterday that “when American coffins return to the United States, (US President Donald) Trump and his administration will realize that they have lost the region, they will lose the elections, and the response to Soleimani’s killing is to remove American forces from all of our region and the goal will be achieved.” .

Earlier, President Trump issued a clear and explicit warning to Iran that “if it targets any Americans or American assets, the United States has designated 52 Iranian sites that represent the 52 Americans who were taken hostage by Iran many years ago.” Trump indicated that some of these sites are extremely important to Iran and Iranian culture, and that they will be hit quickly and with great force, stressing that Washington will not accept more threats.

An American source familiar with Washington told sources, “The American presence in the region, especially the military there, will not budge. It will not be affected by all threats posed by Iran and its terrorist agents. This presence is an essential part of the global stability equation and the maintenance of international peace. ”

The source added: “We are not intimidated by all these statements and threats. We were here and we will stay, in order to preserve our interests and those of our allies against Iran’s destabilizing region and the world. ”
