Recruitment process in government institutions is ongoing, reports Al-Anba daily quoting informed sources.

They denied the information circulating on social media about the suspension of nomination of Kuwaitis or prioritizing them over the children of Kuwaiti women to work in government authorities.

The sources clarified that the Civil Service Commission (CSC) has completed the procedures for nominating those who are registered in CSC for employment, stressing that those who are registered will be informed of their status starting from last Friday.

They revealed that CSC will continue its efforts after the holiday to receive new requirements for nominees of various specialization from government bodies, which will be followed by informing those who are registered for government employment.

Meanwhile, Assistant Undersecretary for Public Education at Ministry of Education Osama Al-Sultan revealed that the ministry is planning to allow local contracting with male and female teachers in January prior to launch the task of foreign contracting committee, affirming that there will not be any foreign contracting for any subject for which teachers are locally available, reports Al-Rai daily.

He said the local contracting will be based on the current conditions for specific majors required by the ministry and specified by the Public Education Sector
